String of Hearts or Ceropegia Woodii is a beautifully intricate hanging plant.
It likes a bright spot and is quite easy to care for. Do not over water on the top of the soil as this can rot the plant. It is best to soak the plant in water from the base up and then allow it to dry out completely before you water again. The plant goes dormant in Winter so watering should be even less frequent.
Fertilize in spring with a good liquid houseplant feed, and with every second watering after that in the growing season.
