Our aloe vera plant is a succulent that grows as a rosette of thick, fleshy leaves with small spines along the edges. We deliver it in Dublin with our own drivers and across Ireland by DPD.
It comes from the south-west of the Arabian Peninsula and wants full sun: a south- or west-facing windowsill suits it best. Water it well but not often, letting the top few centimetres of soil dry out in between.
It comes in a plastic nursery pot; you can choose an outer pot from our plant pots.
Delivery
In Dublin, our own drivers deliver Monday to Saturday, the same day if you order before 11am. We don't deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.
Across the rest of Ireland, it goes with DPD, Tuesday to Friday. Order before 11am the day before; most arrive the next working day; when DPD is busy, it can take two to three working days. Any size marked “Dublin Only” stays with our own drivers, and checkout tells you if a plant can't go to your address.
The aloe is one of our easy care house plants, with the jade plant and our cacti. For looking after it, our plant care products are here.
