Our Box of Plants is a plant gift box we make up in the shop: usually three or four houseplants for €40, or five or six for €60, somewhere between 10 and 30cm tall. You choose houseplants or cacti. The exact number and sizes depend on what we have in the shops that week, and we choose whatever is looking its best.
We mix the heights and the leaves, so it arrives like a small corner of the shop rather than a row of matching pots. Each plant stays in its plastic nursery pot, wrapped in compostable brown paper and packed into a box, and we write your message by hand on a card.
Delivery
In Dublin, our own drivers deliver either box, the same day if you order before 11am, Monday to Saturday. We don't deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.
The €40 box also goes to the rest of Ireland with DPD, Tuesday to Friday. Order before 11am the day before; most arrive the next working day, though now and then DPD can take two or three. The €60 box stays in Dublin, with our own drivers.
Questions about the Box of Plants
How many plants are in a Box of Plants?
Usually three or four in the €40 box and five or six in the €60 box, depending on what we have in the shops that week.
Can I choose the plants?
You choose houseplants or cacti. We choose the plants themselves from what is in the shop that week, so no two boxes are quite the same.
Can a Box of Plants be delivered outside Dublin?
Yes, the €40 box, with DPD from Tuesday to Friday. The €60 box is delivered in Dublin only.
If you'd rather choose a single plant, all our house plants are here, and for one larger gift in Dublin there is our phalaenopsis orchid. For looking after them afterwards, see our plant care products.
