Our maidenhair fern, Adiantum, is a light, airy fern with fine dark stems and small, fan-shaped leaves. We deliver it in Dublin with our own drivers, and across Ireland by DPD.
It is a delicate plant, so keep it out of draughts, in a bright spot with indirect light. Water it well, once or twice a week, and feed it every four weeks in the growing season.
It comes in a plastic nursery pot, so the outer pot is up to you: see our plant pots.
Delivery
In Dublin, our own drivers deliver Monday to Saturday, the same day if you order before 11am. We don't deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.
Across the rest of Ireland, it goes with DPD, Tuesday to Friday. Order before 11am the day before; most arrive the next working day; when DPD is busy, it can take two to three working days. Any size marked “Dublin Only” stays with our own drivers, and checkout tells you if a plant can't go to your address.
For a fern that is easier to look after, see our asparagus fern. Our other house plants are here, along with our plant care products.
